SHIPPING FOR PET PRODUCTS
All orders ship out on Mondays. We are a small business and spend most of the week handcrafting orders. We have selected Monday to be our shipping day to ensure your packages arrive timely and don't spend the weekend on hold. The cut-off time is Saturday at midnight to ship the coming Monday. Any orders placed after Saturday at Midnight will ship the following Monday. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
This is a unique shop where no two items are the same! We hope that you shop here with the understanding that so much unique care is put into every individual item and order, that it is impossible to have a general shipping standard. Shipping will vary, piece-to-piece! We have customers from all around the world and are doing our best to see that nobody is left out. That being said, we are doing our best to find the best shipping strategies for these uniquely shaped, sized, and weighted items.
Some things to note:
Not all items are eligible to ship. We are working on expanding our capabilities and resources over time.
There is a 7 business day, from the date of order (excluding weekends), turnaround time for custom orders to be created, packaged, and shipped, unless stated otherwise.
Zan's Aquatica will not accept returns of hand-made items, custom made items (such as special orders or personalized items), "live" items such as plants, or fragile items.
Zan's Aquatica accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, GPay, ShopPay and Affirm.
All markdowns and final sale items are non-refundable.
Customers returning items for refund are responsible for a return ship charge of $8.
All US orders are typically processed within 3 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders ship FED EX, UPS, and USPS.
Orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-9 business days from the date of order (excluding weekends). International orders ship within 7 business days and may take up to 14 business days to deliver depending on shipping service.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the delivering carrier to get it to you.
Tracking information will be emailed upon shipping. Please don't forget to track your package, this is the customer's responsibility. *please check spam filter!
