We call this one Kilauea, Volcanic Black Sand as we imagine it to be from the most dangerous volcano in the world, on the island of Hawaii!
  • 8 Lbs (Volcanic Sand is less dense than other the gravels but you receive the same volume, it's just lighter in weight)
  • 1 Pack suggested for every 10 gallons of water (ei: For common dimensions of 20”x10”x12”(LxWxH), 1 Pack will make about a 1-inch deep layer in the base of the tank, if you spread it evenly.
  • One hundred percent natural 
  • For Freshwater ecosystems

  • Not for Marine set-ups
  • Rinse thoroughly before use to remove natural ground stone dust
