Three-Flowered Nesaea
Nesaea triflora
Nesaea triflora is an uncommon and eye-catching stem plant from West Africa, admired for its golden-green to pinkish-red foliage. Its stems grow upright with pairs of leaves and whorls of three small flowers in emersed form, giving the species its name. In aquascaping, it is used as a colorful midground to background plant, performing best under strong lighting and with CO₂ supplementation.
